What according to you is the perfect ingredient of a perfect HOLI? Truly must be bright colours, water balloons, yummilicious gujiyas and rocking stage breaking songs... I fondly remember the Holi I celebrated as a child with my friends, we used to have unlimited fun, I could wish to have the same fun again... Time just flies...
It's the most colourful day of the year!
On this day, we find people carrying various colours, water filled guns, buckets and balloons targeting everyone to colour and wet and wishing each other "Holi Hai".

Now after some bright vibrant colours of gulal another element that is the most important part of Holi are mouth watering Gujias... I myself is very fond of making these yummy gujias, since my girlhood days I have been helping out my mum in preparing these and I still do :) I always make them in large quantity and keep them in air-tight box and they stay well for some days. It makes it more special when the joy of celebration is shared with family and friends. No celebration in India is complete without traditional sweets and Gujias are always served plain with bhaang. Bhaang ( ting... ;) ) an official holi drink, made out of the leaves and buds of cannabis. Holi in true aspect is incomplete without this lip sicking thandai. It is associated wi9th Lord Shiva. Though it make take a little time but Holi can be more fun and harmless if you play with environment friendly natural colours.
Holi Tips :
- Play with natural and organic colours.
- Use such colours which could be easily taken off.
- Apply thick layer of cream on you face, oil on your hairs, wear sunglasses and nailpaints on your nails.
- Tightly shut your eyes and mouth.
What waiting for try out these safe ideas and rock your party.Celebrate your festival in a decent way.WE must realize that it is a festival of joy and friendship. The real spirit of the festival should be maintained. Again wishing all my readers a Happy and blissful Holi :)
